I'm getting incredibly excited to "officially" announce something new that I've been working on, so I thought I'd drop a tease in these evening hours... We're on the verge of launching a much needed service in NCWV- a local, professional, certified, and capable commercial inspection service.

If you're buying a commercial space in NCWV, your inspection options are limited. When you buy an old school, an old church, a coffee shop, a Taco Bell, a multi-unit apartment complex, it is a wise decision to hire a company who can give you an honest, professional assessment of the condition of the facility from top to bottom.

And to do so, often you'd have to search far and wide to find someone certified and qualified to do so. Or you'd have to take it upon yourself to contact HVAC, techs, plumbers, electricians, etc to inspect each individual component. We're putting an end to that.

Starting soon, we're launching our commercial facilities division to provide professional, certified condition inspections and other adjacent needs, such as phase 1 environmental inspections.

Open Door is committed to providing the highest quality inspection services to NCWV whether you're buying a home for your family or your next portfolio investment. If you're buying, I want to be in your corner.
