One of my strong suites is Relocation Specialist, as I've worked for many clients that have relocated to the Knoxville area from all over. Besides the knowledge and experience I've gained over the past 10 years as a Realtor® I grew up as an Army Brat. My father served in the United States Army and retired after serving 27 years. He served in the Vietnam and Korean Wars. We relocated as a family overseas to Germany, and to several places here in the United States to include Fort Campbell, KY, then finally landed at Fort Gordon in Augusta GA. Personally with my husband of 23 years, we've relocated 4 times settling here in the Powell Community a suburb of Knoxville, TN. The empathy I have for those moving here from other states gives me an edge in understanding what it takes to uproot and move. We have two children - a daughter who is a Junior in High School, and a son who is in his 2nd semester in a 2 year program in College. My first experience in Real Estate was at the age of 22 when I purchased my first property. In the past 12 years we've owned two homes in the area, and since my first purchase at age 21 have owned 9 homes in total - so I'm not going to ask you to do anything I haven't experienced myself. The partnerships I've made with inspection companies, lenders, and contractors have been very beneficial in providing Top Notch service to all my clients. Not all personalities mesh in this ever changing world we live in; however, I'm proud to say that the majority of my clients are close friends.
