Investors - Tellico Village Rentals is the property management department of Village Realty. This department is growing by leaps and bounds. We presently manage approximately 40 homes. Some of these homes are long term rentals and some are leased on a nightly or weekly basis. Many of our customers in this department turn out to be buyers of homes we have listed for sale.
