You can see if you meet the income ($19,050.00 for one person and $21,750.00 for two people) and age requirements (one household member must be 62 years of age or older) and then schedule an appointement. Your rent will be 30 % of your adjusted income and the only utility that you will pay is electric. The electric bill average $64.00. monthly. We offer a free laundry to he residents. Vacancies coming up. Bay Pointe Apartments is a a senior community for those 62 or older with a low income. We offer a free laundry facility to the residents. You can enjoy the community area and watch television while you are doing the laundry or to just come hang out. The rent will never be more than 30% of the residents gross income. Electric is the only utility paid the resident. The water and trash are included in the rent. There are raised beds on site for small gardens tended to by the residents and a gazebo for hanging out and swinging. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and compliance with the pet policy.
