OK--Today I have a serious question for everyone. Please comment below or message me directly. Everywhere I turn I'm hearing AI, AI, AI. Use AI for your marketing. Do video and use AI to "fix it". Use AI for your pictures. Use AI to post content. Make a cartoon picture of yourself to show "who you are" using AI. Let AI write your property descriptions. Here is my question: If you are looking for a Realtor to help you buy or sell a home, are you looking for someone that uses AI for everything? Maybe one that posts great social media videos? Or are you looking for someone with excellent people skills and so-so online presence and maybe does or maybe doesn't use AI. I am a hands on agent that prefers real people, real information, solid knowledge of the job and skills needed and so forth. Am I missing an entire group of Buyers and Sellers that would prefer everything be AI based and non personal touches?
