Seller Lesson: When the Market Shifts, Strategy Matters 🏡

This condo sale was a great reminder that even in popular communities, conditions can change fast.

Seven condos. Same neighborhood. Same buyers.
Standing out wasn’t about luck, it was about preparation and strategy.

Here’s what made the difference:
• Handling repairs before buyers could question them
• Fresh paint and professional cleaning to create a move-in-ready feel
• Thoughtful staging so buyers could picture themselves living there
• A clear, intentional marketing plan that put the home in front of the right audience

In a slower fall market, these details weren’t “nice to have.” They were essential.

The result?
✔️ Under contract before the holidays
✔️ Sold within the seller’s timeline
✔️ While competing listings sat… or canceled altogether
