Monday thru Friday position. Currently no after hours maintenance until the property is fully staffed.
The property is under now ownership and new management. Conventional and Section 8 property. All vacants are being renovated by contractors. Your main priority of the job would be completing service requests, picking up grounds, and other work as suggested by the Property Manager.
Your dependability is an absolute for the team to be successful!
8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday with a 1 hour lunch.
Hourly Salary negotiable.
