As we experience freezing temperatures, it is important to keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees at all times of the day and night. This helps prevent pipes freezing and bursting in your apartment. If you will be out of town for an extended period of time, we strongly recommend the following:
1. Keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees
2. Open cabinet doors to expose your drainpipes
3. Allow your faucets to slowly drip with the drain open

Thank you to all who participated in our November food and coat drive! With your help, we were able to donate a total of 20 food items and 21 coats. Your donations will help those in need across the community. Thank you once again for all your generous donations!
