As a Maintenance Supervisor, for a large apartment complex, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
• Direct and supervise performance of maintenance staff
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform occasional on-call duties
Required/Abilities:
• HVAC/CMAT certification required
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Experience creating or actioning a monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance schedule.
• You are willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Understand the importance of attention to detail and effective communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer service mentality
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ year of maintenance experience working at an apartment property
