My roots run deep here in Louisville, Kentucky. The joke is, “If you are from Louisville and you move away, it is a guarantee that you’ll be back.” This I believe to be true, as I am guilty of leaving and quickly returning. I ventured to a foreign land called Texas for college, attending Texas Christian University. I graduated with a BS in Strategic Communications and a Minor in Art and also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in Florence, Italy. Through studying abroad and returning to Europe to backpack for six weeks, I have found my passion for meeting all kinds of people from different cultures. After graduating and traveling the world, I missed the sweet bluegrass, horses, and black and white picket fences far too much thus returning to my Old Kentucky Home. I turned to my real estate family as an unemployed graduate and realized Real Estate was my calling. Builder LLC, along with his father are builders and my mother is an architect. My grandmother, Joy Eberenz, is a very successful Real Estate Broker in Louisville. The housing industry is the topic of conversation in my family and has been familiar to me my entire life. I know the neighborhoods, schools and hot areas of this city well and am very excited to have the opportunity to show you or someone you know how special this place is to call “home”. Some closings mean a little more 🤍

After more than 40 years, this beautiful Williamsburg Colonial has officially passed on to its next owners.

Custom built by dear family friends over four decades ago—with their son even having a hand in the design and architecture—this home held a lifetime of memories. It was loved and lived in by the same family for 42 years, making the process of preparing it for the market so much more than simply putting a sign in the yard.

With the help of their son, we put together a game plan to sort through 42 years of belongings, facilitate an estate sale, completely empty the home, have it professionally cleaned, and prepare it for its next chapter. The incredible women and volunteers from Broadway Baptist Church stepped in to help with the estate sale, saving my sellers thousands of dollars in the process and making an enormous undertaking feel manageable.

Once we hit the market, we received three offers and were able to secure incredibly clean terms and a wonderful return for my sellers.

I was truly honored to be trusted not only with the marketing and sale of this special home, but with helping this family navigate everything it took to get there. Transactions like this are such a reminder that real estate is rarely just about the house—it’s about the people, the memories, and sometimes helping a family lovingly close one chapter so another can begin.

A full team effort from beginning to end, and one I’ll always be grateful to have been apart of. 🤍
