One resident shared their experience: “I absolutely loved living at Fenwick Apartments. I called Fenwick my home for 4 years and only moved out to be closer to work in another state. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The location is also ideal and close to amenities. But most of all, the staff make it feel like home. Maintenance is prompt and responds well to all types of requests, there is routine pest control, reliable concierge, but the community’s leader, Ashley Smith deserves the highest praises. Ashley is approachable, solution oriented, and works tirelessly to make sure the residents are heard and taken care of. No problem was too big or too small for her to handle. Ashley is one of the reasons I felt comfortable remaining a resident at Fenwick for so many years. I’m so grateful to her for making my stay seamless and comfortable. Kudos to Ashley and her entire team.”
