I don’t make posts like this very often, but I wanted to share a little of what this year has looked like behind the scenes.
I’ve helped 12 families buy or sell real estate so far this year.
I’m grateful for every one of them.
But the truth is, I wanted to help more.
We’ve made more than 4,000 calls, sent more than 8,000 text messages and nearly 27,000 emails. I’ve held more than 25 open houses. I’ve met with buyers, sellers and investors. I’ve followed up with people I’ve known for years.
And sometimes the answer is still “not yet.”
This business can humble you.
I’ve had deals fall apart. I’ve had clients change direction. I’ve had people I’ve worked with for years decide they still aren’t ready.
But I’ve also watched people finally get the keys to a home they worked hard to buy. I’ve helped sellers navigate difficult decisions. I’ve sat across the table from people who didn’t necessarily need a salesperson. They needed someone to help them figure out what to do next.
That’s why I’m still showing up.
And I’d like to ask you for some help.
Who do you know who could use a real estate conversation?
They don’t have to be ready to buy or sell today.
Maybe they’re thinking about moving next year. Maybe they’re wondering what their house is worth. Maybe they’re considering an investment. Maybe they simply don’t know whether moving makes financial sense.
Introduce us.
I’ll take care of the conversation from there.
My goal isn’t to convince someone to make a move.
It’s to help them make the right one.
