Nothing makes us more giddy than when a client “understands the assignment” if you will, and Hunter and Sloane are NO exception. Every update they made was thoughtful, intentional, and incredibly well executed. They have phenomenal taste, and it was clear in every room. By the time we brought it to market, there wasn’t much left for a buyer to wish for.

Less than 48 hours after hitting the market, their home received multiple offers, ultimately selling for significantly over asking price with exceptional terms. It was the kind of outcome every seller hopes for, and a great reminder that thoughtful preparation paired with the right pricing strategy can create stiff competition and, ultimately, a better result.

We’re incredibly grateful that Hunter and Sloane trusted us to guide them through the process. It means the world when clients put their confidence in us, and we’re so thankful we could help them make the most of this next chapter.

When we first met Sean and Aubree, they knew exactly what they wanted. They were looking for one of two very specific styles of homes: either a classic 100-year-old Craftsman or a true mid-century home with character, charm, and good bones.

We toured a lot of houses and found ourselves in the middle of a very competitive spring market, where it felt like every home they loved seemed to end up in a bidding war 🫨

Then 909 Cannons came along, and they knew it was the one from the moment they walked in. Not only was it the one, but it was a home worth competing for. We’re endlessly grateful for the trust they placed in us to help guide them through the process and ultimately come out on top in a multiple-offer situation.

Ya’ll KNOW we’ve got a soft spot for a cute little bungalow. Maybe it’s because this house has nearly the exact same layout as our own home, but from the moment we walked in, it felt familiar in all the right ways for us AND more importantly our clients, too.

What we all loved most was how it managed to feel both cozy and open at the same time. Between the original hardwood floors, tons and tons of natural light, bonus space upstairs, and a sweeping front porch, this is the kind of home that just feels good to be in. It’s a classic!

The backyard strikes that perfect balance of peaceful and private, and tucked away on a dead-end street in the actual hills of Crescent Hill, it’s easy to forget you’re right in the middle of the city.

Of course, one of the biggest draws is the location. Walk to what we like to call the “Frankfort Avenue favorites”- Red Hog, Blue Dog Bakery, Porcini, the Peterson Dumesnil House, (and more) all just minutes from your front door.

Being from NYC, Jayson and Gretchen knew walkability was at the top of their wish list, and this home checked every box.

When Hiram and Nancy began their search, we realized finding the right fit would take some patience. Over the course of several months, we toured homes all over Louisville, weighing location, updates, convenience, and value as we searched for the place that made the most sense for their family.

After plenty of showings, deep conversations, and miles on the road, we finally found the ONE.

This home struck the perfect balance between thoughtful updates, everyday convenience, and a price point that made sense for their next chapter. As new parents, Hiram and Nancy have so much to look forward to, and we’re grateful we had the opportunity to help them find a place to call home.

We’re also incredibly thankful to Borah, who trusted us from hundreds of miles away to help her brother navigate the Louisville market while she’s up in New Jersey. We never had the chance to meet in person, but we’re grateful for the confidence you placed in us throughout the process. Now PLEASE eat a New Jersey bagel on my behalf to celebrate.
