JUST SOLD! After nearly a year of searching, we finally found the one — just in time, with my clients’ lease coming to an end and the pressure on. This home in Saratoga Woods checked all the boxes, and we were able to negotiate a significant closing cost credit to help cover repairs. To top it off, it appraised above the purchase price! So happy for these buyers and thrilled to see their patience and persistence pay off.

Just sold! This adorable home with the pink door presented a unique challenge — true shotgun style homes aren’t for everyone, but we knew the right buyer would come along. With the right pricing, great marketing, and some patience, we found the perfect buyer and handed over the keys to the a new owner who appreciates the home’s charm and history. Another one closed! ✨ I met these buyers at the open house for this home. They came to look at it for fun but ended up loving it! They weren’t working with an agent yet and weren’t sure if they could get preapproved in time to submit an offer. I told them not to worry and we’ll make it happen! We quickly got their financing lined up and wrote a strong, winning offer in a multiple offer situation. So happy for my clients that now get to call this beautiful Oldham County property their new home! Welcome home Coleman family!

✨ First closing of 2025!✨ So excited to have helped my client move from Utah to be closer to her family here in Kentucky. After taking our time to find the perfect place, we found her a great condo in Prospect that backs up to a peaceful wooded area for privacy, while still being just minutes away from all the great shops in town (most importantly choc chip cookies).

We got connected back in May via a past client of mine, and we have been looking for the right home since then, but nothing felt right until we walked into this one. 3006 Roselawn Blvd is closed!! This was a special sale for me. My friend Ashleigh was my first ever client back in 2020 when she bought this house. Over the next few years she made this adorable house her own, but this year she needed to find a home with a little more space for her growing family. She worked so hard to prep Roselawn to hit the market and it paid off. We received 6 offers and ultimately chose one over asking with very favorable terms.
