Here's the scoop: those CRAZY low rates we had a few years ago, was a rare thing. I know some people with a 2% interest rate. Guess what? It will not happen again for a while, if ever. And you 2 and 3 percenters need to STOP TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY and influence in a thoroughly wrong direction. I WOULD NEVER TELL SOMEONE NOT TO BUY REAL ESTATE, its a proven gateway and step to financial freedom that you can build on.
"I cAnT aFforD tO BUy A hOuse" , SAYS WHO?!?! have you even TRIED? π Or are you just listening to the fear hype and acting along with it?
Here's some of my own research: 9/10 people that say they want to buy, SAY THEY CAN'T BECAUSE OF WHAT SO AND SO TOLD THEM.

Friends and Family, you gotta try. Because waiting is going to cost you in the long run. The price of your ideal first home, next home, lake house, investment property that you intend to purchase is going to keep going up.
