CLOSING DAY 🛎️ Her new house is on Independence so I had to use the song haha What an awesome and smooth transaction! I met my sweet client right after Christmas and she was waiting for the right home to pop up. She had just sold a home in Lexington and knew what she liked and where she wanted to be! We offered on a place and barely lost out to cash. Flash forward ten days later an AMAZING home pops up exactly where she wanted to be. We made a solid offer and beat out three others! Clean inspection, smooth lending process and here we are today! I see it time and time again- What’s meant to be will be 🫶 The sellers were very sweet and proactive and we had the best vibes at closing. Congrats Leigh Ann 🍾

Signed sealed delivered baby! HUGE congrats to these sweet friends who closed on their first house today 🫶💓🤭🏡 My buyers left closing with FOUR checks…. we negotiated sellers paying closing costs so there were funds leftover + they have three contractors lined up ready to come over and do some work after closing! Their situation is about as good as ya get when buying 🤭 Most importantly though- What a fun and sweet experience. There were tears, laughs and lots of phone calls & texts to make this happen. Today marks about 45 days since they reached out and here we are closed! So happy for the Criders 🥰 YAY! Can’t wait to watch y’all make your house a home 🌅📚

Happy Saturday 😇 Found out this morn that my buyer is officially under contract for this adorable Crestwood Ranch! We beat multiple offers AND weren’t the highest bid. Terms matter just as much ladies and gents 😎 Get you an agent with that secret sauce 🤫👩‍🍳 My client and I actually wrote an offer and barely lost out a few weeks ago and thank Goodness we did because clearly something better was coming! This house is the cutest 🥳 Congrats Leigh!

First closing of 2024 ✅ You know it was a great deal when we all take a group pic at the end! (My client is out of state) I was connected to my seller through his late aunt who I helped buy. She was such a special lady! I wanted to make this as easy on my seller as possible which required some strategy. There were other homes sitting in the subdivision for much longer so I needed to make sure the property was prepped to sell quickly during holiday season. Not to toot my own horn but 🚗 *beep beep* 🚗 I was able to help get my seller a contract after only 24 hours on market. My seller was SO excited we got rolling so quickly and the buyer and listing agent were wonderful to work with. The deal was about as smooth as they go! Congrats to all 🎉

Back from Florida and I get to share a huge win for my seller last week! POV- we are listing around the holidays in a subdivision that already has two active listings that have been sitting for three months. I knew we needed to price it right and make sure our marketing was pristine with this one. My client has been amazing to work with and has really soaked in and trusted all my advice. We prepped the house before listing with some cleaning, fresh paint and virtual staging to make sure our listing stood out amongst the competition. Although I prepped my client we may sit on the market some and had a strategy ready to attack that, we had an offer 24 hours later 👏 THAT is what I’m talking about!! Can’t wait to close around the new year 🎉
