You ask “WHY SHOULD I BUY A HOME?”

Because home ownership allows Capital Preservation. Property values typically rise over time, therefore any homeowner is preserving capital by purchasing a home.
What do I mean?
During the ownership period, equity builds and the property value increases. Renters on the other hand will never see a return on what they pay the landlord 😩

I met my client last yr, he told me “my lease is up may ‘24 I want to pay somethings off my credit and buy a house by the time my lease is up” we set a plan in place and he followed through. I have a client that has lived in a rental house for 5 yrs paying $1100 a month. The house she lives in was purchased by the owner in 2017 for $138,000. Let’s do the math on what she’s paid:
🏠5yrs=60mnths
🏠60mnths x 1100= $66,000
🏠$138,000 (mortgage loan)- $66,000 (rental payments)= $72,000 (If the owner hasn’t taken any additional mortgages on this property)
