Bear with me—this is a long one, but it deserves to be told! 🏡❤️
I represented the seller on this home, and less than ONE WEEK before closing, we found out that the buyer’s financing with their original lender had fallen through. Heartbreaking for both the buyer, who was purchasing their first home, and my seller, who had been patiently working toward closing.
I had seen Colleen Turnage with A-1 Mortgage work miracles before, so I shared her information with the buyer’s agent in hopes that there might still be a way to make this happen.
And today… WE CLOSED! 🎉🔑
I know Colleen put her heart and soul into helping this buyer get to the closing table. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, and because of that dedication, this first-time homebuyer was able to purchase their home and my seller was able to close as planned.
Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes it truly takes a team willing to go the extra mile to get everyone across the finish line.
A huge thank you to my incredibly patient seller, the buyer and their agent for hanging in there, and especially to Colleen for giving 100% to her clients and finding a way when it seemed like we might be out of options. ❤️
