Last week we talked about the Home Buying Process. This week we give a visual of the Sellers Process.

One of the most important steps in this process is the "Preparing Your Home."

This is a game of supply and demand and having a "marketable" home will work better in your favor. Remember, you're competing with other sellers for buyers.

Preparing your home also includes repairs, not just cosmetic work. Simply doing cosmetic work may get you an offer, but it might not get you through inspection.
