Loved having not one, but TWO of my out of state clients stop in for visits this past week!

I helped Kaiti Jones buy her very first home back in 2020 - we knew right away we were going to be friends, and since then I’ve been honored to help this badass woman grow her real estate portfolio to 4️⃣ rental properties in addition to her new personal home in Mississippi. Can’t blame her for taking some amazing job opportunities elsewhere but would love to have her back in the Bluegrass!

I talked to Christian a long time before we found the right one - he and Ye Ca were interested in expanding their short-term rental portfolio and had identified Kentucky as their next target market. We found them a great property in Frankfort’s historic district and actually met for the first time when they flew in for the final walkthrough and closing 🫣 (yep… they trusted me that much!) Since then, I’ve been honored to help them grow their Kentucky portfolio to 4 short-term rentals! Even better…. I think they like it here 🤗

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… one of my favorite things about real estate is the people it’s connected me with, one way or another!

This right here. This is why I do what I do.

I helped Devin Amar buy her very first home a year and a half ago, and we closed on her birthday! 🎉 🎂

The other day, she posted a photo of her AMAZING soaking tub in her beautiful primary bathroom with a caption like or something like that. Seeing that brought the biggest smile to my face, because I remembered the look on her face when we walked into that bathroom for the first time on our showing. I think she was sold on the house right then and there.

I replied to her story and got the above message in return… and it reminded me that THIS is why I do what I do. I will never stop working tirelessly to put the most deserving people into their dream homes. It’s easy to lose sight of that when deals get difficult, inspections reveal major problems, or listings sit on the market for longer than we’d like. At the end of the day, it’s all about getting the best possible result for my clients, and I love getting to see snippets of how they’re enjoying their homes long after closing.

Messages like this are never going to get old, and it was a welcome reminder after a tough couple weeks.

Forever thankful for the people like Devin Amar that I’ve been lucky enough to meet through real estate, one way or another. You know I’m always here for you!
