Prestige Home Watch Services of Louisville, Kentucky, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner Debbie Goldberg is a Kentucky native with a background in sales, customer service, business management, and general commercial construction. She felt the opportunity to expand into the Home Watch industry would be a strong fit, and Prestige Home Watch Services was established as a new concept covering the Metro Louisville market.

Louisville has been Debbie’s home for most of her life. She has had experience in the travel industry, as well as sales experience with some top corporations. Debbie and her late husband, Jack, owned and operated a commercial cabinetry/casework manufacturing business for over 25 years. The business management and development of that company was rewarding for both of them. Since leaving the business in 2019, Debbie has found a new passion for work with the Home Watch industry in the Metro Louisville area. Her attention to detail gives an advantage to looking after someone’s home or property, being their eyes during their absence.

Debbie has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Debbie’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.

As a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Debbie enjoys watching the Cats with her Delta Zeta sorority sisters. However, she is also a strong fan of the University of Louisville Cardinals. Debbie’s past affiliations include being Chairman of Kentucky Wood Products Competitive Corp., former member of Louisville Society of Human Resources Management, National Association of Women in Construction, and RICH investments. She enjoys tennis and golf, as well as meeting with friends and family for the arts, restaurants, and festivals.

We got to meet Debbie at the NHWA’s 2022 North American Conference in October.

Prestige Home Watch Services provides a visual inspection of an unoccupied home or property looking for obvious issues.
