Please avoid these two HORRIFIC scammer/renters. We had the EXACT same experience with them as this post. We just got an eviction judgement on Monday and Mrs Patti Malone was fuming as she stomped off from courtroom 308. They say they are from a company called Corporate Family Solutions which if you google it, has a location that they are not even in. Patti pretended to be the CEO and Ashlei was an “employee” who gave me references that ended up being her mother and sister. Her sister Alexis Conner is the “accounting dept” and emailed multiple times saying the check was on its way after it was approved. Ashlei should win an academy award for her performance. She’s the biggest scum I have ever met with a sad single mom story. They are very experienced in telling you the “right thing” but they will screw you over. Their lease antics will make the lease unusable and the security deposit and rent checks will bounced as they will post pone, saying the check is being “approved” by their board, it’s in the mail, lies after lies. Ashlei moved in July 1 after convincing us her move in deadline was expiring, forcing you to rush, trying to work with her before it “expires” but you will NEVER get paid what is owed. They finally are evicted with a put out date October 23! The neighbors have already reported random people living there, dogs left for days alone and smoking inside of the house. Funny thing, We never got $1 in 4 months. Not a penny and they will likely do the same thing to our Plainview house as they did to this one.
They are looking for the next con! I have reached out to the police with a report for their fraud and bad checks and will do the same with any damage. Please share and stop these horrible excuses for humans.
Louisville needs to have more laws to protect landlords from these kind of people! The expenses and theft is staggering. It’s as much as buying a car but personal property stolen versus personal houses are not treated the same! I will fight to get them arrested and be held responsible. They are the worst of the worst and EVERYONE should know Ashlei Connor, Patti Malone, Alexis Conner should be locked up! Be careful they have many aliases as well!
