Some closings hit you in the feels a little different, and this was one of them.

Often times, major life change is the catalyst for a move. Whatever the situation, the closing becomes the mark of a new beginning, new outlook, new area, a new chapter in life. Turning the page on the prior one and looking towards the future with hope, optimism and light.

When the emotions of that turn to happy tears and a bear hug from a client, it’s always a beautiful reminder that what I do every day is something much more than sales. It truly changes people’s lives. The raw emotion of happiness and joy is something that brings me great pride and is why I work tirelessly to give people the best experience possible.

It’s why I bring a high energy, positive attitude to work, to each deal and to my life in general every day.

Big congrats to Brigid and her family, onward and upward! So happy for you all.

Ms. Collins is excited to move into her new home. You wouldn’t know it because of the aura from that power stance, but it was actually her parents that paid for the house. Seems like the rules are going to be made by this little lady though!

In all seriousness, Cort, Brittany and little lady Collins landed in a fantastic neighborhood that was really the one they’d been eying from the start & a house they’ll be able to grow into as a family for a long time.

They’re two of the greatest people out there and I’m proud to call them friends.

Congrats to y’all and thank you for putting your faith into me to help find the right place for your family. ❤️

DAN THE MAN!

He and I have looked off and on over the past year and a half for the perfect property. From single family houses on golf courses, to condos downtown, to multi family, we’ve seen a little bit of everything!

In the end, Dan landed on a great duplex that will allow him to own his place in town while he’s here for work throughout the week, but allows him to rent out the other floor full time and his unit on the weekends.

A win win all around!

There are always unique scenarios in real estate and this one was a cool puzzle to solve! Last piece went in today!

WELCOME BACK HOME MARK AND JENNIFER!

This deal was super cool and rewarding. Tyler and I were privileged with the opportunity to help Mark and Jennifer relocate back home from Tennessee.

Indiana is where their family lives, where their kids went to school, where their home is. They moved to Tennessee a few years back for a job, but it was time to come home.

Today, they closed on their first home, kids are being re-enrolled back into the schools they’re familiar with, their friends go to and they all couldn’t be happier to be back home near their family.

It was a special day for everyone. This closing hit the heart a little different.

So happy for and proud of you all! Congratulations! Can’t wait to join you for the 4th of July party!

Late night out with the boys to the closing table!

Buddy of mine and I were chopping it up after hours, having a couple beers after a U of L game one night and he’d mentioned contemplating selling his house.

We decided to whip out the ole laptop to run some comparable sales and a net sheet right then and there to see what the walk away number looked like. Turned out, those numbers were better than what he’d expected!

Fast forward a week and a half later, his home was on the market, and BOOM! Just like that, we’re signing the closing paperwork today!

Two of the many things I love about this business:
1) There’s no set time or place that a deal can pop up. When I say I’m always working, I mean it! Anywhere, anytime.
2) Helping friends strike a fat payday!

If you’re ready to buy or sell, I’m ready to make it happen for you.

🚨SCAM ALERT🚨

Young / less tenured agents especially, read this and the messages in the photos. No deal is worth getting your identity stolen, having your computer infected with malware, having your accounts hacked, etc.

If it sounds weird, it probably is.

That’s not to say people haven’t closed deals with clients that only want to use “WhatsApp” or only want to communicate via text, email or zoom call… but it’s not the norm and you need to filter out the bu****it!

Trust me, I’d love to get this listing sold, but don’t take the bait just because your hungry to make a deal happen and put yourself in a bad situation.

Trust your gut and ask qualifying questions. The real and fake alike will identify themselves eventually!

AND FOR GOD’S SAKE, LOOK OUT FOR DADDY DONALD STEPHEN! 🤣
