My buyer had been looking for the perfect condo for YEARS! He gave up on his home search and recently started it again and found me as his agent. After showing him only 2 condos we found the PERFECT place for him! FULLY FURNISHED and all! The gratitude that he had for me for taking the time to listen to his needs and wants was heart touching! It’s imperative to take the time to get to know each client individually and truly find out what is important to them in a home.
