Millennial Title is looking for an experienced and professional Closing Coordinator. The person who will fill this position must be a team player and be dedicated to the long-term success of the company.

Place of Employment: 130 St Matthews Ave #300, Louisville, KY 40207

Type of Employment: Full-time, Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities include:

- Manage closing files
- Communicate with lenders and real estate agents to schedule closings and collect buyer/seller information
- Title ordering and title review
- Order payoffs
- Clear liens
- Post-closing warehouse closing packages
- Issue final title policies
- Provide support to teammates
- Answer phones
- Provide customer service with a smile
- Miscellaneous administrative and business development activities.
- Experience with SoftPro a plus, but not required
- Prepare closing packages for signing
