Myself and another Realtor hosted an open house today. When it was over I had a few bottled waters left and the bottles had my label on them with my real estate information. So instead of just taking those home and putting them in the refrigerator. I turned a few corners and started handing them out to people I saw on the street. Since it was so hot outside. Safe to say I think they really appreciated it.!!! Check out my wrap pencils and notepads I made also.

GENERATIONAL WEALTH!!

Since we are a lil over a week from July 1, we are half way thru the year.

I wanted to put homeownership on your mind.

If you have been on your job over 3 yrs and have filed at least 3 years tax returns on your job.

Start trying to get your credit score up to between 640-680.

Work on keeping or getting your debt down.

Think about using some of that tax money next year to help you buy a house.

Put up about $2500.
