Buying a home in Louisville means having someone in your corner who does more than just send you listings. 🏡

Anyone can scroll through homes online. My job is to help you figure out which ones are actually worth your time—and which ones aren't.

Sometimes that means moving quickly when the right opportunity comes along. Other times, it means slowing down, looking at the bigger picture, and telling you the truth even when it might not be what you want to hear.

Finding a house is the easy part. The real work is making sure it's the right home for you, understanding what you're buying, negotiating with your best interests in mind, and helping you avoid costly mistakes along the way.

The truth about living in Louisville 🤫

People hear “Louisville” and immediately think bourbon, horse racing, and the Kentucky Derby. 🥃🐎 And while those are definitely part of what makes this city special, they’re only a small piece of what it’s actually like to live here.

It’s Saturday mornings at local coffee shops, walks through Waterfront Park, trying a new restaurant in NuLu, and finding your favorite spots along Bardstown Road. It’s neighborhoods that each have their own personality, four very real seasons, and a city that somehow feels lively without feeling overwhelming.

Louisville might be known for bourbon and horses, but the everyday lifestyle is what makes people want to call it home. 🤍
