GENERAL FUNCTION: This position will serve tenants by responding to and resolving warranty maintenance requests at the direction of the Lead Technician. Training will be provided by Lead Technician. Properties are all apartments with some commercial properties, all located within 30 minutes of one another.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Technical construction ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Great communication skills and organizational aptitude to work independently.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Review service requests with property manager and lead technician.
• Diagnose new service requests.
• Perform repairs. Repairs may include, but not be limited to: sheetrock, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
This position is full-time for an established and growing company. Applicants must have or be willing to provide all of their own general-use hand tools. Salary DOE and base pay doesn't include 401K with company match up to 4% or bonus potential.
