Broadway Management Group is hiring a full time Leasing Manager to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
The Leasing Manager is a supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of the properties while protecting the company investment. The manager is responsible for training and supervising the leasing department. They will work with administrative division staff, other site managers, other management company employees, outside vendors and service providers. They will utilize management skills to train, motivate and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of our property.
Duties included (but not limited to):
路 Schedule, supervise and direct the daily activities of the Leasing Department
路 Prioritize, assign and monitor daily activities
路 Conduct training, coaching and disciplinary action, as needed, per standards of Broadway Management Group
路 Complete performance appraisals as scheduled
路 Create an atmosphere of cooperation, enthusiasm, service urgency, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professionalism among staff members
路 Stay abreast of current policies and guidelines, maintain policy manual as changes are effected, review and monitor policies with employees to ensure compliance
路 Compliance with Broadway Management personnel and operations policy to company standards
路 Inspect properties frequently to ensure curb appeal and quality presentation of the company
路 Review eviction and set-out lists received from Accounting. Coordinate and communicate with Maintenance as required to complete inspections and set-outs
路 Maintain resident relations, address complaints and problems relating to service and lease provisions
路 Communicate with owners as needed about status of their properties, resident requests and approvals for maintenance needs
路 Oversee and execute all lease transfers
路 Ensure timely submission of all end of month reports
路 Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinators and Maintenance Supervisors each day on move-in/move-out issues, problems and complaints
路 Oversee the process and selection of new residents in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Broadway Management Groups Rental Policy
路 Maintain records and resident files in an orderly and up-to-date manner to comply with all rules and regulations
路 Collect rent and maintain account records as needed
路 Prepare ledger and notes for accurate account of any legal problems or violations when necessary
路 May be requested to review files from other properties as directed
路 Supervises functions of our sister office
路 Attend all requested supervisor meetings, prepare items for agenda, as well as offer ideas and suggestions for improvement.
