A few months back, a past client reached out for help selling his grandparents’ home that he had recently inherited. At first, he thought he’d live there—but the long commute to his daughter’s school quickly became too much.
We sat down, strategized, and came up with a plan. He already had his eye on the perfect new build, so we needed this home to move quickly — which can be tough in today’s market.
