We are excited to announce our first Market Center Ambassador for KWYP Kentucky from 🤩
Myka has been an agent since 2021. She has a strong passion for the real estate industry and helping people. Helping clients sell their house to find their dream home is what drives her. When Myka isn't working you will find her on a field, court or track because her kids are into all things sports. She is also a dog mom to a rescue named Prince. Keller Williams Heartland in Elizabethtown is Myka's market center where she serves on the ALC. Myka finds being apart of a growing, thriving market center so rewarding. Faith, family and business is what sparked Myka's interest in Keller Williams and she strives daily to hold those values close. She is hoping to get empowerment/person growth with joining and she feels like being a young professional and a mom that sometimes it's daunting, so to be around like-minded individuals is huge! A fourth-generation Floridian raised somewhere between the sun, surf, and sand of Fort Lauderdale, Jason has been serving real estate clients since 2015 and moved to Louisville in 2022.
After beginning his career at a number of boutique brokerages, Jason joined Keller Williams in December 2020, and it was here he found the support necessary to scale his business to new heights. It was also at KW where he experienced firsthand the power of coaching and accountability which led to him founding “WhyWay” — a coaching company serving agents and entrepreneurs. He is Founding Partner of the Mosaic Network, an expansion team serving Kentucky and Florida and also serves as Director of Productivity for KW Louisville East.
Propelled by a passion for community service, he has served on a number of non-profit boards, some of which include: Animal Care Society, Covenant House, CB Cares Foundation, and the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Historic Preservation Board.
Together with his partner, Ryan, he lives in Norton Commons in east Louisville along with their golden retriever Lexi Grace, and two cats, Bubba & Sissy.

✨🏡 MEET OUR LEADERS 🏡✨
Sarah Barnes comes from the small town of Whitesville, located in the western part of Kentucky. Sarah was raised on an 81 acre farm with her mom, dad, and one brother. She graduated with an Associates Degree majoring in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education in 2011. She and her husband started a Real Estate team within Keller Williams Elite Realty in October of 2018. Sarah is passionate about serving others and it shows in the client care that she and her team provide. Sarah is not new to the entrepreneurship lifestyle though, as she and her husband owned and operated a daycare for five years previously. Sarah and her husband Zack have been married for just over 15 years and have two children- Keaton (13) and Amelia (2). Sarah won the Culture Award in her office for the 2021 year and attended Leadership Academy with the Ohio Valley Region and graduated in late 2022. Sarah and her team remain to be ranked within top 7% of their local Board and she serves as President on Aid the Homeless Board of Directors which was founded by The Greater Owensboro Realtors Association. Sarah also has a passion for learning and helping other young professionals be successful within their business which is why she loves KWYP so much- "It is such a great group to network with, learn from, and help others live a bigger life." In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling and learning, spending time with her kids, growing in her faith, anything outdoors- especially when the sun is shining and it is warm, and helping others realize their unique abilities and full potential. Sarah looks forward to the KWYP- Kentucky Chapter Launch and is so excited to serve as your President. 🏡✨

Brooke Otis, a Realtor since 2018, joined KWYP in 2019 and that decision completely changed her career and her life. Since then one of her missions have been starting a chapter for local agents in Kentucky and she is so excited to see that finally come to fruition. Born and raised in Central Kentucky she has always had a passion for people, and creating spaces that feel like home. Currently residing in Lexington, KY with her two dogs, Dolly May and Penny Lane, and her partner Eric . They are expecting their first child, a baby boy, in May. Owner of .andco a real estate team that services Central + Eastern Kentucky, and host of a short term rental in the heart of Lexington. 🏡✨
