CLOSING TIME!! I love when friends and family call to see if I can help their family! MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!!! Today, I helped one of my sweetest friends' daughter close on her house as she starts a new job and moves to a different state. Lindsey knows the market as well as anyone and knew what she wanted to do. She stood firm on her price even after we got several offers...she knew what she had!!!! So we waited out the market and here we are: closing on her adorable home so she can move on and start her new life!!! CLOSING TIME! I'm so honored and privileged today to be sitting at the closing table with family!!!! I really am so blessed to have a family who knows that I'm gonna take care of them and work super hard for them! Today, I'm closing with my daughter's in-laws and dear friends of ours. They called me earlier this summer and said this is what we wanna do...will you help us? And of course, I will and did! We went to see this adorable house in an area that they absolutely love and well, we got them under contract and worked thru all the little things that came up and today we are sitting here at the closing table.
