My story with real estate started when I was 19 years old and wanted my daughter to have a yard to go out and play on a swing set. I recently helped that same daughter with her first home purchase. What a great way to come full circle and start my real estate career! My goal is to help my buyers and sellers make smart choices as they purchase their first home, sell to move up, or buy their dream home. With my engineering and teaching backgrounds, I want to educate them on making sure the numbers work and understanding the market. This is likely the biggest purchase they will ever make so it needs to be done with thought. Of course, that doesn't do away with the excitement that should also go along with a new home! I will work with my buyers and sellers through the entire process to ensure that it goes smoothly.
