Friday thoughts: Kevin Trimble
I’ve learned more in 12 months than I could imagine- some old lessons though, still ring true:
• Know your people- let them truly know you as well
• Know your job/role- If not ask for help, ask often and learn- communicate often
• Use common sense: Take the sniff test- also action with good intentions is better than no action at all
• Don’t be an ass: Be nice - Be clear, accept criticism, gives others credit
