These 2 closings were absolutely bittersweet!! On Tuesday, one of my best friends and neighbor said goodbye to the hood. I will definitely miss pool days in the summer, watching volleyball on the deck, last minute get togethers, and all the fun times we had these past 5 years. On the other hand, I'm so happy for you to be where you really logistically wanted to be. I can't wait to see the finished product when you're done with it!!

It's been a LONG time since I've written a contingency to sell for a buyer. However, the sellers of the home they were purchasing were willing to take one with my clients. I think I could write a book about this transaction. First, I want to thank a dear friend for trusting me with the sale of her parents and childhood home. For 32 years this home was filled with love and wonderful memories. Sometimes people aren't ready to move, but life has a way of making decisions for us. My friends precious mama was one of those people, however, sitting at the closing table and meeting the new family that is going to love this home sure felt right. I hope that moment brought peace and happiness to her heart.

For a moment we weren't sure we were going to get the the closing table. When another loan officer couldn't get it done, Paul stepped in and got us closed in less than 2 weeks!! Just closed on this adorable condo built by Damon Garrett in The Reserve at English Station. My sweet friend closed on her old home a few months ago and has been counting down the days to call this condo her new home. There were definitely a few hurdles along the way, but it was all worth it in the end. I hope she loves maintenance free living in a wonderful community that is close to everything!!

Another off-market property sold!! Thank you to my awesome seller for trusting me with the sale of her home. And, her wonderful sister for referring me. The new buyers parents actually live next door and they couldn't be more thrilled. Before I could even put the sign in the yard we got on offer from their agent. They had been looking for a long time and this was the perfect spot next to family. I just love when things come together for all parties.

Sometimes patience is the hardest thing when you're searching for the perfect home. I've worked with clients for months, even years before we found "the one." It can be long and frustrating at times, but I can promise I'll never let you "settle" for something that I know isn't the right fit. When you're making one of the biggest investments (if not the biggest financially) I don't want you to have any regrets. Therefore, we'll search and search and search until we walk into that house, look at each other, get goosebumps, smile ear to ear, and say, "THIS IS IT!!"

Just closed on this precious home in Beckley Woods. I started working with my sweet sellers last October. We came up with a plan and they executed it with perfection. They did everything to the home to help it sell quick and at a great price. Now, they get to enjoy retirement in South Carolina!!

Just closed on this adorable home in Barbour Manor with my precious first time home buyers. This wan't a long transaction as they fell in love with the first home that I showed them, however, I've loved every minute of the short time I did get with them. This home was actually owed by one of their good friends, so it's extra special that they purchased it from them. It is in impeccable condition, lots of beautiful updates, and in the perfect location close to their daughters school. It was just meant to be and I know you will make so many great memories here!!

Just closed on this amazing home in Lake Forest. It certainly served it's purpose for my sweet friend and her family. It was where they raised their kids close to school and in a wonderful community. Now that their kids are spreading their own wings it was time to say goodbye and move onto new adventures.

For the second time this year, I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Garrett with Coldwell Banker McMahan and David Wyder with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Both guys are exceptional at what they do!! And, thanks to Limestone Title for a great closing as always.
