These 2 closings were absolutely bittersweet!! On Tuesday, one of my best friends and neighbor said goodbye to the hood. I will definitely miss pool days in the summer, watching volleyball on the deck, last minute get togethers, and all the fun times we had these past 5 years. On the other hand, I'm so happy for you to be where you really logistically wanted to be. I can't wait to see the finished product when you're done with it!!

It's been a LONG time since I've written a contingency to sell for a buyer. However, the sellers of the home they were purchasing were willing to take one with my clients.
