When walking the path, you need to hire those whose pay-grade is currently vastly above yours. You get to enjoy the view, briefly.
Need to thank Land Design & Development for the guidance that lead me to a great attorney Cliff Ashburner@ Dinsmore & Shohl who is going to help re-zone my property in preparation for development into a compost facility.
All in all 2020 is off to a good start.
