As a second-generation Auctioneer and Realtor, Elizabeth Monarch, MBA, CAI, GRI entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2002. Elizabeth currently owns a Real Estate Auction Company, The Monarch Group Brokered by eXp Realty, and is the Principal Broker for KY eXp Realty, LLC. Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, a Board of Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, 2021 State KYR Treasurer for the Kentucky Association of Realtors, a member of Junior League of Louisville. In 2020, she was named Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year out of 5,000 agents. Elizabeth is Past Regional Vice President of the Women Council of Realtors representing 5 States at the National Level. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three-year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. In 2005, she received her Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. In 2011, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation. In 2015, Elizabeth received her Professional Management Networking Designation (PMN).
