We've used Larry's group three times for our real estate needs, two sales and one purchase. Each time Larry and Cortney took the time (And had the patience) to work out the details and helped us work thru what we wanted to accomplish. Their knowledge of the real estate market in Louisville is top notch. They brought in a specialist to help us get our property ready to sell by showing some pointers on staging. They also used a professional photographer for our listing, and that also helped our listing in the MLS really stand out. They have earned my highest recommendation, and that's something I don't give out very often.
