🇺🇸 One of those closings that reminds you why you love what you do.

Today we had the honor of closing with an active-duty Army client who just returned to the United States after spending five years stationed in Italy. Helping our veterans and active-duty service members find their way home is something we never take lightly—and this one was especially meaningful.

What made it even more special? The home was purchased from another veteran, an Air Force veteran who continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves. A true full-circle moment of service, trust, and respect.

After the paperwork was done, no one rushed out. We stayed nearly 30 minutes just talking—sharing stories, catching up on life, and laughing like old friends. By the time we walked out, it felt less like a transaction and more like a gathering of people genuinely glad they crossed paths.

Grateful. Proud. And incredibly thankful for moments like this.
Thank you to both of these veterans for your service—and for reminding us what community truly looks like.
