Being a real estate agent today means wearing a LOT of hats… and yes, one of them is content creator. 🎥🏡

Do most of us get into real estate dreaming about filming videos, posting reels, and talking to our phones? Probably not 😂 But we do it because social media is where people spend their time, learn information, connect with businesses, and ultimately decide who they trust.

Creating content helps us stay in front of potential clients, educate consumers, showcase properties, find deals, and build relationships long before someone is ready to buy or sell.

BUT — here’s the important part for consumers 👇

A strong social media presence does NOT automatically equal experience, negotiation skills, market knowledge, or successful closings.

Before hiring any agent, do your homework:

✔️ Look at past sales
✔️ Ask questions
✔️ Research their experience
✔️ See if they actually know the market they’re posting about
