🌟 Meet Our Team: Pedro Tellez! 🌟
This week, we’re proud to spotlight Pedro, our dedicated Maintenance Supervisor at 310@NuLu! 🔧 Pedro plays a huge role in keeping our community looking its best—from handling resident service requests and turning apartment homes to staying ahead with preventative maintenance. His goal is simple: do the job right the first time, every time.
Pedro says the most rewarding part of his job is the kindness and appreciation he receives from residents and vendors—it’s what keeps him motivated every day. He takes pride in fixing things correctly, not just quickly, and even goes the extra mile to take care of issues he spots along the way.
When he’s not at work, Pedro enjoys spending time with his kids, watching movies, and learning more about film production 🎬. He’d love to become an expert in nutrition someday—and of course, he’s always down for a great steak! 🥩
