After 25 incredible years, we celebrate the remarkable career of our legendary Executive and Partner, Mike Leonard, as he heads into a very well-deserved retirement.

For the better part of a quarter century, Mike has truly been the rock of Hogan Real Estate. Through changing markets, major projects, challenges, opportunities, and everything in between, Mike has been a steady, trusted, and deeply respected leader whose fingerprints are all over the success and growth of this company.

His commitment, work ethic, leadership, and pursuit of excellence helped set the tone for Hogan Real Estate for decades and built a standard that will continue to be felt for years to come. His contributions over the course of his career have been immense, and he will be dearly missed by so many who have had the opportunity to work alongside him.

But beyond all of his accomplishments, Mike has meant so much more than what could ever be captured in a title. He has been a mentor, a sounding board, a resource, and a constant presence with an open door and the wisdom and perspective to match. He has helped shape not only projects and deals, but also people, careers, and the culture of this company.

And of course, there are the legendary "Mike-isms", the stories, the one liners, and the unmistakable perspective that only our favorite French Canadian could deliver.

We could not be more grateful for Mike’s 25 years of leadership, professionalism, loyalty, and heart. His retirement is incredibly well earned, and while he will be greatly missed, we are excited for him as he begins this next chapter.

Mike, thank you for all you have meant to Hogan Real Estate and to so many of us personally. Enjoy every sunny Florida day with your family, grandkids, and friends!
