Not this year though.
This year I needed something different.

With my ADD I always start LOTS of things, but I never seem to finish the majority of them.

So MY 2026 Word of the Year is INTENTIONAL.

Today I am Grateful for my Fellow NKOTB BlockHead, Shemar Moore Loving, College Roomie.
We’ve been friends since my Sophomore year at EKU, and were pretty much inseparable until we Graduated.
We haven’t lived in the same city for over 30 years, but that hasn’t lessened our friendship, and we’ve always been there for each other when we need it the most.
When we ARE together, we laugh until we cry, we solve all the world’s problems, and we never fail to have a good time.

The One who has always believed in me more than I’ve ever believed in myself and never hesitates to stand up for me when she thinks someone is being mean or disrespectful to me.
