With the Derby right around the corner, it feels like the perfect time to celebrate a story rooted in tradition, legacy, and a love for all things equestrian 🐎🌸
 
In 2025, Plainview had the opportunity to share something truly special through a one-of-a-kind mural. From the very beginning, the vision was to honor the rich history of the land while bringing its story to life in a fresh, creative way. What makes this piece so meaningful is the story it tells. From Plainview Farm’s beginnings in 1832, to its legacy of raising world-champion horses, to the vibrant residential community it is today. This mural captures nearly two centuries of transformation.

There is also a hidden NTS detail you might recognize “Cocktail Vodka Begonias”, an intentional tribute to a tradition NTS has carried for 65 years, planting them at every community each spring.

This project became a unique way to celebrate heritage, creativity, and community—all in one space. 💫
