Congrats Stephen and Greg! This closing was a special one. This is the 3rd time I sold this particular home in La Grange! Talk about irony… I first sold this home in 2009 to my buyers who were relocating from Colorado. Sold it a second time time in 2013 when they moved back to Colorado. This closing was the third time when I just sold it again in 2026. I wish you many years of happiness here. Call me when you’re ready for me to sell it for the 4th time, I know it well by now!
