First closing of 2023 in the books ✅ Life throws you curveballs you don’t expect and the curveball my sellers recently received prompted a move across the country for them, only a year after buying their home in Louisville.

All of my clients will tell you that I’m not afraid to point out negatives about a home and give my opinion on future resale value. A lot can affect the resale value, whether it’s home features, the lot or location. Luckily for them, they picked a great house that ended up selling for 7.5% higher than they purchased it for just a year earlier. Thrilled for them and the start of their new journey on the West Coast!

These two went through it all trying to find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and, as is always does, the timing worked out perfectly! Back in 2020 I helped Hayley and Tyler find a home in Louisville when a job transfer brought them here. They loved their short time here, but it has come to an end and they are headed home to Maryland! We sold their house in 2 days, for asking price, selling it for $65k more than they purchased it for. This deal couldn’t have worked out better for them and I was so honored to help! Best of luck to these two! 🤍
