I’ve had the privilege of working with these clients since 2007 and have helped them buy and sell several homes over the years. This time, they’re making another move as they welcome Mom to town and bring her closer to family.

A very exciting move for this growing family! After outgrowing their previous home, they found the space they needed for their next chapter, with plenty of room to settle in and make it their own.

I was so happy to help them find a home that gives their family more room to grow, and the timing couldn’t be better. They’ll be getting settled just in time to meet the neighbors and enjoy their first Halloween in the new home! 🎃

🏡 Some homes just have that storybook feeling, and this one was certainly special. Nestled in one of the area’s most sought-after neighborhoods, this charming home was where these sweet sellers started their family and made so many wonderful memories.

As their family grew, they eventually outgrew this beloved home, and I was honored to help them move into their next chapter. Even better, I was able to help the new homeowner find his perfect next home in his favorite part of town!

What an honor to help a wonderful family through the sale of a home filled with so many years of memories.

This sweet lady enjoyed many happy years in the building, surrounded by wonderful neighbors, family and friends. I’m grateful to have helped her family navigate the sale and find another lovely lady who will now have the opportunity to make memories of her own here.

When a job opportunity first came up, my clients reached out so we could start quietly planning ahead. Once the move to Europe became official, we had a timeline in place and a plan ready to go. Their home sold in just 1 day, and the entire process from contract to close went smoothly, just as we had hoped.

I always respect my clients' privacy and keep their plans confidential, even when those plans are still taking shape. That early planning can make all the difference when the time comes to make a move.
