Remember to "Spring forward" this weekend. Set your clocks forward one hour Saturday evening before you go to bed and when you wake up on Sunday, well, sorry to say, you will have lost an hour! Good thing is, longer days with more sunshine to take in! Enjoy your weekend!

Spring is here, thank the Lord! Things are really heating up and you Realtors are getting busy selling homes, which is also wonderful! Please be aware that we are booking a week in advance so try to get 10-14 days for your inspections so that we may conduct inspections for your clients and for you! Things are really picking up again, thanks to all of you wonderful selling agents out there and we are booking up quickly. Good idea to get 10 to 14 days for your inspections when possible. If your close to getting a signed contract call and we'll hold a spot for you. Thank goodness for the beautiful weather we've had the last couple of days. It's nice to see the sun out and the snow off the ground.
