Yesterday, the funniest mother/daughter duo got to call Louisville home!
2 years ago, they started looking into possibly moving back to Louisville. Earlier this year they reached out and said we are ready to make the move! They knew the market was hot and decided after going through their options to sell their current home in Phoenix, AZ first before they bought here. They got an offer off market and accepted it. Flew here the next week and we were on the hunt for a week looking at all areas, older and new, and all types of styles.
One house stood out to them that had charm and characteristics with a beautiful backyard filled with all sorts of flowers and plants. They put all their eggs in a basket and made an amazing offer. Little did we know the realtor received multiple offers and her client went with ours. We had crafted an favorable offer meeting the sellers needs.
Fast forward 2 months, my clients drove and moved all their personal belongings here with 2 cats. Every state they drove though, they stopped and picked something out with the state on it to remember their trip! They have been troopers and I couldn’t be happier for them to get into their beautiful home and explore Louisville! They wanted Wilbur to attend closing and of course Wilbur was more than happy to!
