Super excited for my seller and buyer's Closing on this one last week!! Thank you God for introducing me to these awesome people!

A little late to post! Last 7 days have been busy with 3 closings! Thank you God for the opportunities to be a part of all of this.

I am thrilled for my buyer to get this closed within 12 days of an accepted contract! $22,000 off the list price. Close to the river. A very unique floor plan with the highest ceiling I have seen in a long time. You feel small in the living room and kitchen.
