I am beyond thrilled for my clients on closing this one Thursday! We had been searching for almost 2 full years in one particular neighborhood.

It was late on a Friday, my wife just had surgery that morning and this hit the market.... I immediately sent it over to them and said we need to get over there asap. We went and saw it at 7:30pm and submitted our offer by midnight!

There is something so special being a part of this process but I was able to gain some family out of this too. They are kind, loving and genuine. Thank you God for The Fernandez's and the success of this story.
